The short version
Everything you type into the recorder — times, Y/N scores, and ABC notes — stays in your own browser. It is never sent to a server, never stored by me, and never sold or shared with anyone.
1. What is not collected
- No accounts, logins, names, or email addresses.
- No client names or identifying information is required to use the App.
- No session data is uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used by the App.
2. What is collected
The App is hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides anonymous, aggregate usage analytics. This may include page views, approximate region (usually country or city level), browser and device type, and the referring website, plus standard server request logs. This information is not personally identifying, and it is never linked to the data you record in the interval table.
3. How your session data is handled
The intervals, Y/N scores, and ABC notes you enter live only in your browser's memory for the duration of the page. Refreshing or closing the tab clears them permanently. When you click "Export CSV," the file is generated locally on your device and saved directly to it — nothing passes through me or any third party.
4. Third parties
The only third party involved is the hosting and analytics provider described above. There are no advertisers, no data brokers, and no sale or sharing of any information about you.
5. Important note about client information
Because the App is a generic recording tool, please avoid entering identifying client information such as full names, dates of birth, addresses, or record numbers. Use initials or a client code instead. This protects your clients and helps you stay aligned with your agency's privacy obligations. You remain responsible for how you handle any exported file on your own device.
6. Your rights
Because no personal data is collected or stored, there is nothing held about you to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have a question about data handling — including under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — you are welcome to get in touch and I will respond.
7. Children
The App is intended for use by professionals and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
